Its Not me It’s You (glow)

Custom Dip Powder, 0.25 oz. (about 5-6 full manicures depending on how many dips applied, length and size of nail etc.)

Colour: glitter base with iridescent heart glitters.

*This is a trickier dip, the hearts need some help laying flat* THIS DIP NEEDS TO BE TOPPED WITH CLEAR OR ENCAPSULATED!

 This is a chunky glitter and needs a good pat down after dipping. Topping with clear dip is strongly recommended. These swatches show 2 dips.
